Due to the industrial action within the Royal Mail and the impending National Strikes on Friday 6th & Monday 9th November we wanted to inform all our customers that from experience and after speaking to a few postal workers we are not dispatching any parcels via Royal Mail now until after the strike days. On Tuesday 10th November all Royal Mail orders received will then be dispatched.

From past experience those parcels that are dispatched just before or during strike action are the ones that are held up longer. Delays i am afraid are inevitable during this time but we do believe that by holding these parcels back it will help keep delays to a minimum.

For those urgent items we can offer an upgrade to use DHL 48 or 24 service (which are not affected by this strike action), at an extra charge, please do contact us if this is something you would like to consider, these options are also available by using our online shop.

With all that said we would like to offer our customers the choice and if you would like to have your parcel sent out before Saturday 24th then again please contact us and we will if possible do as you wish.

If we hear nothing back then we will presume that you are happy for us to
dispatch on Tuesday 10th.

We apologise for this inconvenience, we are trying our best for our customers.
